Expect foggy conditions with scattered showers for Halloween morning. The latest forecast info is suggesting a lull in the showers midday and early afternoon, with another surge of rain showers to arrive later in the afternoon.
Trick or treaters should plan on at least grabbing the umbrella as they head out to get the candy.!!
Mild temperatures will stay with us during the day on Halloween with highs around 60. This will be one of the warmest temperatures we've seen across Northeast Wisconsin for the past two weeks. As the system passes us by late Thursday night, cooler temps will move back into the Great Lakes on Friday and hold through the weekend. Highs will then drop into the low to mid 40s by Saturday. Cloudy skies will hang with us throughout the day on Friday.
A weaker weather system will generate another round of rain showers late Friday night which could mix up in the Northwoods by early Saturday morning. Blustery conditions along with mostly cloudy skies will be with us on Saturday.
High pressure will then move into the region by Sunday which should clear skies off although the cool temps will remain. We will warm up a bit at the beginning of the next work week. We could see windy and somewhat warmer conditions by Monday in advance of another weather system for Tuesday and Wednesday next week. Although the clouds will be with us during the game Monday evening when the Packers battle the Bears at Lambeau Field, the showers should hold off until after the game has ended. Right now, we could see a kickoff temp in the upper 40s.
