Grilled Pineapple Sundaes

Printable recipe for Grilled Pineapple Sundaes provided by Cooks Corner, Green Bay.
6 pineapple slices
1 cup of your favorite rum
Vanilla ice cream
2/3 cup toasted coconut
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Soak your pineapple slices in the rum for about 20 minutes. Remove from the rum and place on the hot grill and grill each side until deep grill marks appear. Remove from the grill and place in 6 dessert bowls.
Top each pineapple slice with a large scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with caramel sauce then top with toasted coconut.
