Nutella Mascarpone Tartlet

1/3 cup Nutella

marscapone cheese, divided

3 TBS heavy cream, divided

2 TBS Frangelico Liqueor

1 TBS powdered sugar

15 mini fillo shells or tartlets

1/4 cup whole hazelnuts or macadamia nuts (may be chopped)


In a medium bowl, whisk together the Nutella, 1/2 cup marscapone cheese, 2 TBS heavy cream and Frangelico until well-blended. Place in a piping bag. Blend 2 TBS of the marscapone cheese with powdered sugar and 1 TBS heavy cream and mix until well combined. Using the piping bag, fill the shells with the Nutella mixture and then dollop with the sweetened marscapone. Garnish with nuts.
