Quinoa Stir Fry


·         1 cup cooked Quinoa

·         2 cups assorted veggies (peppers, broccoli,

onion, celery, snow peas, etc)

·         2Tbs organic sesame oil

·         1Tbs “Bragg” amino acid

·         2 organic eggs

·         ¼ cup cilantro

1.  Heat oil in skillet. Add veggies,
2.  Sauté until andante. Add cooked Quinoa,
3.  Then add one egg at a time and mix into
      veggie, Quinoa blend. Cook until eggs are firm.
4.  Season with “Bragg” and chopped cilantro.
