Appleton man charged with human trafficking

An Appleton man has been charged with multiple counts of human trafficking after allegedly prostituting runaway girls in Sheboygan.
SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WFRV) - An Appleton man has been charged with multiple counts of human trafficking after allegedly prostituting runaway girls in Sheboygan.

According to the criminal complaint, 28-year-old Pao Chang allegedly sold sex with teenage girls in several Sheboygan apartments, homes, and hotel room in January and February of 2013.

Chang faces up to 90 years if convicted on all counts.
