MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WFRV)--Passengers on board a Southwest flight headed to Milwaukee Sunday morning got quite a scare.

An electrical smell in the cabin had crews call for an emergency landing.

Flight 663 was heading to General Mitchell International Airport from Orlando.

127 people were onboard.

The plane landed safely.

Calling for an emergency landing allows that plane to land before other aircrafts.

Mechanics are investing the incident.

The aircraft was scheduled to then head out to los angeles but another plane was brought in.
