The latest 90 day forecast isn't doing much to brighten the outlook for this years growing season. Thanks to recent rains and snow, top soil moisture levels are high to surplus while soil temperatures remain low. Now we get the latest 90 day forecast that is projecting that temperatures will remaining below normal for that period, which brings up the question of when will spring planting start in Northeastern Wisconsin.
