GREEN BAY, Wisc. (WFRV) Governor Walker is expected to announce his plans for a projected $1 billion budget surplus during his State of the State address tonight.

He's expected to bring up ideas like cutting property tax, exploring the idea of eliminating income tax, job creation and putting more money into worker training.
