Grand Chute Fire Department investigates apartment fire

No one was hurt in the fire
GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) - The Grand Chute Fire Department says it's investigating the cause of an apartment fire.

It happened just after 6 p.m. at an apartment complex on the 3100 block of West 4th street.

Firefighters say flames were visible when they arrived, and they were able get it under control in about 45 minutes.

They say the apartment that had the fire suffered heavy fire and smoke damage, while the remaining units saw moderate smoke and water damage.

No one was hurt in the fire, and the building's tenants are being helped by the Red Cross.
