A judge says the woman accused of shooting her co-worker at a Neenah Walmart in August is not ready for trial.

WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) - A judge says the woman accused of shooting her co-worker at a Neenah Walmart in August is not ready for trial.

A  Winnebago County judge  found Justine Boyd  incompetent on Wednesday, but says she's likely to become competent.

Boyd is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide.

Investigators say Boyd shot  her co-worker, Sharon Goffard, when she had learned Goffard had been switched to a new position.
