Packers former V.P. Fabry dies at 74

Long-time member of the Packers Executive Committee passed away Monday night.
Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)- A long-time member of the Packers Executive Committee passed away Monday night.

John Fabry served as the Packers Vice President from 1989-2007. He was considered Bob Harlan's right-hand man and was instrumental in making several major decision for the organization. Some of those decisions included moving the team's home games to Green Bay from Milwaukee in 1994. He also pushed for the stock sale in 1997 and the Lambeau Field renovation project that was completed in 2003.

Fabry was 74 years old.
