Wintery pre-game festivities for Packers fans

No matter how cold it is outside, Packers fans always show up to suppor their team- even in freezing temperatures.
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - No matter how cold it is outside, Packers fans always show up to suppor their team- even in freezing temperatures.

"I definitely put on enough hand warmers and toe warmers underneath," said Carlie King of Green Bay. "So I'm ready to go!"

Thousands of fans surrounded the stadium today, partaking in their usual tailgating activities. And if the weather was just a bit too cold for some, Bart Starrs Plaza Tailgate Party was always an option.

"It's a blast right now," said Matt Grear. "You've got food, drinks and people... it's great."

"Lots of laughs, lots of postivie attitudes all around. You know today is a big game for us to win," said David Pagone.

And while the weather might be cooler than usual, many Packers fans say the snow wont keep them away from experiencing a winter wonderland inside Lambeau Field.

"The snow's pretty, it makes it more fun too," said Katie Janeway.
