Walmart shooting suspect update

A third competency exam has been ordered for the woman accused of shooting a Walmart co-worker in Neenah last August.
(WFRV) - A third competency exam has been ordered for the woman accused of shooting a Walmart co-worker in Neenah last August.

Justine Boyd was in Winnebago County court this morning, when the state made claim that she is not being cooperative with doctors.

Since this is the third attempt at a competency exam, Boyd was asked why she was not cooperating.

Boyd, who is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide, claimed that she thought she was.

She is expected to go back before a judge in December.

Prosectors believe that Boyd was upset, because Sharon Goffard had an easier job at the store.

Goffard is now out of the hospital, and recovering from injuries at home.
