Packers re-sign FB John Kuhn

One of the Packers biggest fan favorites will be back in the green and gold next season
(WFRV-TV) - The Green Bay Packers announced Thursday they have re-signed FB John Kuhn.  According to multiple reports, Kuhn signed a one-year deal worth just over $1 million to remain in Green Bay.

Kuhn played in 15 games with six starts in 2013 and rushed for 38 yards and one TD on 10 carries. He also caught 13 passes for 81 yards and added four special teams tackles.

Kuhn was claimed off waivers by the Packers from the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2007, after originally entering the NFL as a non-drafted free agent with the Steelers in 2005. He has played in 116 career games with 24 starts, registering 506 rushing yards and 12 TDs on 165 carries (3.1 avg.) and 72 receptions for 493 yards (6.8 avg.) and eight TDs. He has also posted 57 special teams tackles in his career.
