St. Louis Rams reach out to Brett Favre for quarterback help

In a surprising move, the St. Louis Rams have reached out to Brett Favre for quarterback help.
(WFRV) - In a surprising move, the St. Louis Rams have reached out to Brett Favre for quarterback help, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

This comes less than a week after the Rams lost their starter, Sam Bradford, to a season-ending ACL injury.

According to Schefter, Rams officials called the 44-year-old Favre, to try and lure him back to play in the NFL.

But Favre turned them down.

The longtime Packer said he is happy with his life away from the NFL.

St. Louis will instead start veteran Kellen Clemens at quarterback this Monday night against the Seattle Seahawks.
