OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) - The forecast for the aviation industry over the few decades looks clear and bright.

Over the next 20 years more than 1.1 million jobs will have to be filled as people retire and the technology changes.

Pilots and technicians are in a high demand around the world.

Some 533,000 pilot positions will need to be filled over the 20 year period, as well as 584,000 thousand technician jobs.
