Community Looks to Cut Projects to Keep Up with Winter

TWO RIVERS, Wisc. (WFRV) The record setting winter is causing many communities to adjust budgets and cut projects.

Two Rivers City Manager Greg Buckley says he's up to $400,000 over budget when it comes to snow removal, salt cost and dealing with water main breaks. The city will have to look at cutting capital projects in order to keep up with the extra costs.
