BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) - The preliminary hearing for a former Green Bay school teacher has been postponed, and he remains out of jail on bond.

Jer Lovaj was arrested last month and charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child. Lovaj alledgedly touched a female student at Sullivan Elementary.

The court postponed the hearing because the state's lead detective is out of the area, and unable to testify.

The hearing is now set for the end of the month.
