Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)- Area food pantries throughout Northeast Wisconsin are seeing an increase in demand from those in need. Now, a local family is lending a helping hand to make sure the poor don't go hungry.
If you would like to donate, these Green Bay businesses on Military Avenue are collecting non-perishable food items until July 3:
Shopko, Walgreens, CVS, UPS Store, Harmony Café, Bay Family Motel and Restaurant, BMO Bank, Rock N’ Roll Land, Jim’s Music, Marathon, Military Avenue Business Association Office, Pancake Place, TJ Maxx (associates only), and Fox Community Credit Union.
These other Green Bay businesses are also collecting until July 3:
North Shore Bank on South Oneida Street, RGL on State Street, Aurora Bay Care Hospital, Aurora Bay Care Sports Medicine Center
