CRANDON, Wis. (WFRV) - The Forest County District Attorney has determined that the use of force by a Crandon Police Officer that resulted in the death of Dexter Baxter was justified.

It happened at around 10:30 p.m.during a traffic stop that was a part of a theft investigation.
