APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) - The Fox Valley Humane Association is continuing its push towards its adoption goal challenge.
They've taken the Rachael Ray Challenge which asks that they adopt 720 animals by next week and in turn receive a grant.
Currently, they have adopted more than 620 animals.
Shelter officials say the challenge is a tool to help get the pets into the right homes.
The winner of the contest will be awarded a $100,000 grant.
The money would go directly towards equipment and healthcare expenses for animals at the shelter.
