GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) - Grand Chute Police say that officers responded at around 11:40 a.m. Thursday to a medical call at Denny's on West College Avenue.
Officers say that upon arrival, they discovered a woman lying on the pavement behind the restaurant.
She was reportedly breathing, but unconscious.
The woman was treated by first responders and taken to a local hospital.
While treating the woman, it was discovered that money was missing from her person.
Police say that at this time, it is unclear if she was unconscious due to a medical reason or from another factor.
Police are asking anyone who was at or near the Denny's around the time of the incident, and have any information that may be of use in the investigation to contact the Grand Chute Police Department.
