Oshkosh man arrested for first degree reckless homicide

OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) - An Oshkosh man has been arrested for first degree reckless homicide of a heroin overdose.

Police say 23-year-old Dexter Charles is being held in the Winnebago County Jail after a woman he sold heroin to died of overdose.

The 22-year-old female was found dead back in May of this year.

The Oshkosh Police Department realizes that heroin continues to be a problem in the area.
