UPDATE: Victims identified in deadly Kewaunee crash

KEWAUNEE, Wis. - UPDATE: The Kewaunee County Sheriff's Department reports that the 2004 Chevy truck that left the road and entered a field was driven by Kevin Englebert, a 43-year-old Brussel's resident.

Mr. Englebert was transported by Luxemburg Rescue with serious injuries.

The passenger, 78-year-old Brussel's resident Mary Englebert, was pronounced dead at the scene.

There is no update on the condition of the driver.

The Kewaunee County Sheriff's Department reports a passenger is dead and driver seriously injured after a crash Saturday morning.

The Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a single vehicle crash near the Township of Lincoln.

They found a car was traveling south when it left the roadway and entered a field.

It struck a ditch, causing the car to come to a stop.

The passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver was transported to a Green Bay hospital with serious injuries.

Alcohol and drugs are not believed to be factors in the accident.

Names are withheld pending family notification.
