Man arrested for crashing into cyclist with car

MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) - A 20-year-old Manitowoc man has been charged after he allegedly hit a bicyclist in Manitowoc last month.

Jamie Hang faces felony charges of first degree recklessly endangering safety and hit and run involving injury. Hang is accused of hitting 56-year-old Steven Gove on his three-wheeled bike on January 18.

Gove flew through Hang's windshield and was stuck there while Hang allegedly continued to drive. Hang is scheduled to make a court appearance on Monday.
