NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) - Some neighbors in Neenah are displaying yard signs protesting a proposed cell tower.
The Cellcom Telecommunications Tower would be built on Breezewood Lane.

Signs have popped up in neighborhoods reading, "Boycott Cellcom. No cell tower."

Others saying "Cellcom will destroy your home value for greater profit."

But Pastor Rick Frost, with Grace Evangelical Lutheran says the cell tower has its benefits.

"A lot of the cities here, villages and towns are collecting a lot of money from it and I don't see how its going to hurt our property values," said Frost.

On Monday, the town board will decide whether to allow a 150 foot monopole tower to be built at the fire station.
