GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - This latest round of winter weather means more clean-up is on the way.

Martin Hardware on Green Bay's east side was busy Thursday. Owner Katy Martin said she had a steady stream of people looking for salt, ice melt and shovels. Customers stocking up say they're looking forward to spring.

"Because it's so warm right now," Martin explained. "It's melting the snow that's out there and if it snaps cold it's going to be a lot of shear ice on black top and concrete. If that happens, I expect the salt to be gone out real fast."

"I think the term that everybody is using is that we're over winter," joked Craig Wagamon of De Pere. "Everybody is done. We're ready for spring."

Martin said one of the most popular items is roof rakes. People want to clean the ice build-up off their roofs before it causes moisture damage.
