WAUKESHA, Wis. (WFRV) - State Representative Bill Kramer will plead not guilty to sexual assault charges.

The Waukesha representative appeared in Waukesha county court Monday morning. He's charged with two felony counts of second degree sexual assault for allegedly groping a woman at a Republican event in 2011.

Last month Republicans voted to oust him as the Assembly Majority Leader after some of his colleagues witnessed him groping a woman. He still holds his seat in the Assembly.

Kramer is due back in court May 15th.
