Sen. Johnson to appeal federal judge's decision

Green Bay, Wis. (WFRV) - U.S. Senator Ron Johnson(R) says he will appeal a federal judge's decision to dismiss his lawsuit against President Barack Obama's executive overreach.

Johnson first filed the lawsuit back in January.

It was dismissed two weeks ago when Johnson couldn't convince a judge that members of Congress and their staff were harmed in how they received Obamacare subsidies.

Johnson says he plans to submit his appeal Monday.
