Thunderbirds prepare to take to the skies above AirVenture

OSHKOSH (WFRV) - Many of those attending EEA's AirVenture can't wait for one of this years biggest acts. The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds are performing. On Thursday evening, the Thunderbirds put on a dress rehearsal that left many salivating.

The entire Thunderbirds Team is performing at AirVenture for the very first time. There team of six F-16s will blow you away.

One of the pilots is from River Falls, Wisconsin. Major Caroline Jensen has been a member of the Thunderbirds for 3 years. The wife and mom says her dream started at 13 years old. 

The Thunderbirds take to the air starting Friday afternoon and continue through Sunday.
