Brewers fall to Cubs in series finale, 4-2

- After being shut out at Wrigley Field on Saturday, the Milwaukee Brewers bats once again went cold in Chicago.

The Brewers managed only three hits off Cubs pitching, and while one of those was a two-run Rickie Weeks homer, it wasn't enough in a 4-2 loss. With the defeat, the Brewers dropped to 27-17 on the season, but maintained a 4-game lead in the N. L. Central Division after the Cardinals lost.

Milwaukee continues their 10-game road swing on Monday night in Atlanta, as they begin a four-game series with the Braves.
