The veteran right-hander pitched 7 1/3 strong innings as the Arizona Diamondbacks picked up a 3-2 win over Milwaukee in the final game of a three-game set.

The Brewers got on the board in the first inning when Carlos Gomez scored on a Jonathan Lucroy double-play ball to make it 1-0. Arizona answered on a Paul Goldschmidt two-run homer off Wily Peralta in the third.

The Diamondbacks added a run in the 8th to make it 3-1. Milwaukee scored in the ninth on a Lyle Overbay sac-fly, but Mark Reynolds struck out to end the game.

The Brewers have now lost 6 of their last 8, and will host the New York Yankees in a weekend series beginning Friday night.
