Green Bay Blizzard standout WR/CB/Return man B.J. Hill has always said "getting across the street" was the goal of every Indoor Football League player that plays at the Resch Center in Green Bay.

Across the street, of course, is Lambeau Field and the dream of playing in the NFL.

Hill took one step in that direction Wednesday morning when he worked out for the Packers.  Green Bay recently released kick returner/punt returner Jeremy Ross and could be seeking a replacement.  Hill was named IFL Special Teams Player of the Year in 2013.  He has an IFL record 13 kickoff returns for touchdowns in his career, and is also the all-time leader in return yards with

"It went well," Hill said of finally getting his first individual try out for an NFL team.  "I was pleased with my results, and I think they were too."
