Ahman Green, Ken Ruettgers to be inducted into Packers Hall of Fame

Local 5's Ahman Green will become a member of the Packers Hall of Fame next July.

Green, the franchise's all-time leading rusher, will be inducted into the Hall along with Ken Ruettgers, who was a fixture on the Packers' offensive line for over a decade.

Green was acquired in a trade with the Seattle Seahawks in 2000.  He holds the Packers records for career rushing yards (8,322) and most yards from scrimmage (9,036).

Ruettgers was a first-round draft pick in 1985, and played 12 seasons, starting 140 games, mostly at left tackle. 

The Packers Hall of Fame Induction Banquet will take place on Saturday, July 19th inside the Lambeau Field Atrium.
