Wisconsin Rep. Kramer charged with sexual assault

Representative Kramer was charged on two counts of second-degree sexual assault

Madison, Wis.(WFRV)- Wisconsin Representative Bill Kramer has been charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault.

According to the criminal complaint, the charges come from an incident where Kramer allegedly groped a woman in Muskego in 2011.

Earlier in March, Assembly Republicans stripped Kramer of his title as majority leader because of more recent accusations. Last month, Kramer was accused of sexual harassment during an event in Washington, D.C.

The Republican Representative reportedly checked into unspecified rehab last month. He has been known to have issues with alcohol.

Governor Walker has called for Kramer's resignation.
