GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) - Wisconsin's maple syrup season is a bit frozen right now. Producers need warmer temperatures for the sap to run.

However, the delay does not mean popular pancake breakfasts are on hold.

On March 22nd Gordon Buboltz Nature Preserve will host one of its most popular programs of the year, Maple Syrup Saturday.

After filling up on pancakes and porkies, people can tour the sugar bush and learn how syrup is made.
