Friday Forecast 8/1/2014

From Storm Team 5...
From Storm Team 5 Meteorologist Dave Miller...

We started out with partly cloudy conditions Friday morning but we should see some showers and thunderstorms develop during the afternoon as a cold front moves across Northeast Wisconsin later on Friday. Although the showers and storms will be on the scattered side, some spots with heavy downpours are possible.  Before the front moved through, temperatures will warm to around 80. After the front moved past the region, most locations will drop into the 50s.

Generally dry weather will start us out for Saturday with some early morning patchy fog as temperatures warm up to around 80. Seasonal temps around upper 70s to low 80s can be expected through most of next week.  We will see plenty of sunshine on Saturday with a few afternoon clouds. There is a better chance for showers and thunderstorms later in the afternoon on Sunday.

It appears right now we will be seeing at least of a chance for showers and perhaps even thunderstorms for most of next week with the best chances on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday.
