Many cheese makers have put their creative focus into the specialty cheese market resulting in the state now producing more than 600 varieties, styles and flavors of cheese. A few of the more unique award winning styles are coming from goats' milk and today we visit with an outagamie county producer who has found his niche in the goat milk cheese market.
