Green Bay Symphony Orchestra is mixing things up during this season's concerts
Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)- The Green Bay Symphony Orchestra is about to kick off another season at the Weidner Center in Green Bay. This season however, will be a little bit different.

The 100th anniversary season will have a Packers game day feel to the concerts. Before and after each performance, there will be an Octoberfest celebration, complete with food and music.

The director says it's to let people know the Symphony is a lot of fun, they just need to give it a try.

"When you go to a rock concert, you hear five or six great musicians on stage and that's exciting. Put 65 great musicians on stage and check out the excitement. It will blow you away." says Dan Linssen, Executive Director of the Green Bay Symphony Orchestra.

The first performance is Saturday night. Tickets range from $15 to $50.
