Wisconsin Electric Companies cannot turn off customers power if they're behind on payments.
Green Bay, Wis.(WFRV)- Wisconsin Electric Companies can no longer turn off the heat for overdue bills. The winter heating moratorium went into effect Friday and runs through April 15th.
