Ken at the Riverside Ballroom was so warm and welcoming upon our arrival at his venue. Not only that, but the space was spectacular! As we visited with him, we learned that the Riverside Ballroom has so many options to accommodate a wedding or event of any size. As we are still working on our guest list, it was great to know that we did have extra options, even the option of what room. With Ken's years of experience and passion for his business, he taught us many things when it comes to choosing a venue.
-Come to the visit with a "vision" of your wedding in mind. This helps when you are asking questions about the venue. You will then be able to see if the space fits your vision for your big day.
-Find a venue that is a "one stop shop" like the Riverside Ballroom. We were amazed by the options! From the food menu, to linen colors, to room set-up, to the option of being wed right here, and even to the ability to project a slideshow, they had it all! Having everything at one spot will help with lowering the stress level on your wedding day.
-Find a space that excites you; even if that excitement comes from the sound the floors make! Your space should make you smile when you walk in. You should be able to picture yourself celebrating your love with the important people in your life. Your reception venue should be a place you want to be in!
-The first impression of the venue comes from the staff that works there! First impressions to us are everything! We were welcomed with open arms by the staff. We knew by their welcoming attitude and warm personalities that they would take care of us on our big day. No matter what!
