From Storm Team 5 Chief Meteorologist Luke Sampe...

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR DOOR COUNTY UNTIL 2AM FRIDAY. A LINE OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOWSHOWERS WILL MOVE SOUTH THROUGH THE DOOR PENINSULA. LOOK FOR SLIPPERY ROADS AND A FEW INCHES OF ACCUMULATION.

We hope you had a great Thanksgiving! Some light snow showers really put a wintry feel to the holiday, and now we get ready for a quieter and slightly warmer.

Friday will start sunny and cold....so bundle up when you head out for the Black Friday deals!

Another weak system will clip the northern part of the state and Upper Peninsula on Saturday, so a few more flurries or light snow showers are possible then, mainly north of Green Bay...should not be too big of a deal.

A much strong system appears to be ready to march into the Great Lakes by late Wednesday/Thursday.

Temperatures will warm up into the upper 30s to low 40s very low 40s by Wednesday so any precipitation that falls late Wednesday or Thursday will likely be rain!
