From Storm Team 5 chief meteorologist Luke Sampe...

Thursday starts cold again with temperatures in the upper 20s to low 30s. We'll call it partly sunny for the day, more afternoon clouds with a sprinkle or a few snowflakes are possible again. Highs will span the lower range of the 40s.

Another clipper type storm will brush by the Northern Great Lakes late Friday into Saturday. This will increase the clouds late Friday and produce rain showers Friday night into Saturday morning throughout most of Northeast Wisconsin. That could also translate into another round of rain and snow showers further to the north.

Sunday will be quiet with a good dose of sunshine. High temperatures will again only warm into the mid 40s but even that is well below the normal high for this time of year 54 degrees.

A much stronger storm system will move through the Great Lakes for the beginning of the next work week.

This will generate another round of rain overnight Monday into Tuesday morning. Some snow showers are again possible in the northwoods with early Tuesday.
