Bio: Cam comes to Green Bay by way of four years at Syracuse University, where he majored in Broadcast and Digital Journalism with a minor in Sports Analytics. A college career in the cold might sound unconventional for a Southern California kid, who familiarized himself with the La Jolla, Encinitas, and Carlsbad sun, but for a career in sports, he realized that a change in climate might help him in the long run.

In the realm of broadcasting at Syracuse, Cam did play-by-play on radio for a countless number of sports (women’s and men’s basketball, football, women’s and men’s lacrosse) on WAER and Z89 (FM stations) and featured on select TV games on ESPN+ (in sports such as field hockey, ice hockey, women’s basketball, women’s and men’s lacrosse, softball, and tennis). He also was a studio host and analyst for select Syracuse broadcasts on ESPN+, airing pregame, halftime, and postgame shows.

On top of his on-air work, Cam wrote for a ‘Cuse blog called Orange Fizz and hosted Sportscenter-style shows, along with live postgame shows, on Syracuse’s student-run television station, CitrusTV.

Outside of work, Cam has played basketball his entire life and picked up tennis in his teenage years. Any activity that involves competition is right up his alley, especially a good ‘ol ping pong match. You can often find him cooking anything imaginable, listening to a Lewis Capaldi song, or finding another reason to doubt his bleak number of sports teams.

Cam is elated to ingrain himself in the Green Bay community and learn what northeast Wisconsin’s rich sports history is all about. He can’t wait to find compelling stories and tell them in a creative way.
