LEFTOVER HAM, EGG AND CHEESE BREAKFAST PIZZA
Yield: 6 servings
• Nonstick cooking spray
• All-purpose flour, for rolling out dough
• 1 (16 oz.) fresh wheat pizza dough, from our Bakery Department
• 1 Tbsp. olive oil
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella
• 1 cup diced ham
• 5 large eggs
• Black pepper, to taste
• 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley for garnish, optional
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a circle that fits the pizza pan. Place on prepared pan and brush dough with olive oil. Bake for 5-10 minutes and remove from oven.
Sprinkle pizza dough with mozzarella cheese and ham. Using a large spoon, create 5 wells on top of the pizza. Crack eggs into the wells and season with pepper.
Bake until crust is golden brown and eggs are set, but yolks are still slightly soft, about 15 minutes. Remove pizza from oven, garnish with optional parsley and serve.
