Kids can read with a therapy dog at the Door Co. Library this Summer

Local 5 Live Features

(WFRV) – All across the country kids are reading to dogs. These friendly listeners encourage kids to relax and enjoy the activity of reading out loud.

Now kids in Door County can participate by reading at the library too.

There are three different branches in the Door County area with reader dogs ready to listen to your young readers. The cost is free and it’s happening all summer long.

Head to doorcountylibrary.org/dogs for all the days and times for each branch.
