Today we put the two together for some important end-of-life decisions you can make now.
You can take part of one in several Advance Care Planning Sessions offered by Bellin Health.
The first Tuesday of each month they’re offered in the morning at Bellin on Webster or the third Tuesday of each month also in the morning at Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine right by Lambeau.
Finally, there’s an option the third Thursday of each month in the afternoon at the Bellin Cancer Team location on Commanche Avenue.
