It can be a tricky dessert, but you’ll look like a baking champ when you serve mousse.

And there are several varieties to learn about at the next Fox Valley Tech Cooking Demo called Mousses in the Kitchen, Not Bullwinkle.

This cooking demo takes place on Saturday, October 20th from 10 am to noon at the Jones Dairy Farm Culinary Theatre at Fox Valley Technical College.

Be sure to use Entrance Number 10.

Cost is $25 which includes recipes and samples.
