75 years of NASCAR, left turns, and community

(WFRV)- The Manitowoc Public Library is teaming up with NASCAR to help fund reading for children. NASCAR is celebrating 75 years and they are happy to team up with Manitowoc Public Library by offering the history of NASCAR and how it differs from box car racing. The Manitowoc Public Library has books about NASCAR available for check-out.
