Air-Frier Brussels Sprouts with Garlic Bacon Aioli

AIR FRYER BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH GARLIC BACON AIOLI

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1-2 tsp. lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 -1 tsp. horseradish sauce

2 strips uncooked bacon

1/2 tsp. dried thyme + additional for garnish

 

Directions:

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place Brussels sprouts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt in a medium bowl and toss together.

Place Brussels sprouts in fryer. Check and shake after about 5 minutes and again after about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook bacon on stovetop over medium heat and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Blot grease. Finely chop or crumble bacon.

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, horseradish, bacon and thyme in a small bowl. Garnish with additional bacon and thyme on top if desired.

When Brussels sprouts are crispy and brown, remove from fryer and serve immediately.
